This machine packs plastic Empty PET & HDPE bottles, straight from the blow-molder into plastic bags at a max rate of 70 - 75 (16.9oz) bottles per min. Our Standard machine will pack a block of bottles to a size of 24"wide x 40" long  square, rectangular and round bottles in even or odd configuration. We also make a wide pack machine that will pack a block of bottles 40"wide x 48" long. The standard bagger is used to pack 2 bags of bottles per layer on a pallet, while the wide bagger is used to pack 1 bag of bottles per layer on a pallet. The advantage of our standard bagger is that it has a small footprint with NO change parts needed for different bottle sizes.
