A few samples of these liquids would be, thicker Juice Concentrates, Yoghurt, pastes, shampoo's, oils, sauces etc. Mexan's filling machines are manufactured to operate with the use of Glass, HDPE and PET bottles. These machines are either Piston or Pump Fillers. These fillers can be semi-automatic or fully automatic with the use of 1 to 12 filling heads , depending on the application and product throughput required. All machines are built using 316 / 304 stainless steel. All product contact parts are made with the use of food grade materials. All PLC controlled machines are fitted with a HMI (Touch Screen). Our filling machines can be free standing or integrated into a fully automated Filling Line.

All inline gravity filler machines are built using 316 / 304 stainless steel. All product contact parts are made with the use of food grade materials. These fillers are fully automatic with the use of 8 to 14 filling heads , depending on the application and product throughput required. All Gravity Rotary Filler machines are built using 316 / 304 stainless steel. All product contact parts are made with the use of food grade materials. Filling speed range from 45 bottles/min - 80 bottles/min based on a 1000ml bottle. Our filling machines can be free standing or integrated into a fully automated Filling Line.
