The rotary washer has a common load and discharge position, for use with one operator and has five compartments that are utilized for specific washing treatments.
Items being washed are moved through each compartment on an indexing basis with a variable cycle time that can be set for any washing application. The average indexing / cycle time is 5 seconds.
Pre-Wash Treatments include :
- Heated Re-circulated Detergent wash
- Re-circulated Rinse
- Fresh Rinse
- Blow Off section (Optional)
- Heated Drying Section (Optional)
